Today’s class was another big success.  We started the morning coloring in beautiful pictures of flowers and finished with beautiful vegetable flower bouquets.  This kids all had fun arranging their “flowers”  and EVERYONE tasted at least one new veggie!  Woo Hoo!  This adorable bouquets are so simple to make and a great way to encourage your kids to eat more vegetables.

Start off by filling the cups with celery sticks.  These will act as your flower stems.

Use a dot of cream cheese as glue to stick small carrot discs onto the cucumber flower (you can make the flowers using cookie cutter or by cutting small wedges out of the cucumbers and then slicing them into 1/2 inch thick pieces)
