I LOVE guacamole.  The combination of creamy avocado, lime juice and fresh cilantro is heavenly.  I love spreading it on grainy bread or dipping into with a variety of veggies.  This twist on the traditional adds black beans, roasted corn and farm fresh tomatoes turning traditional guacamole into an incredible flavor experience…can you say YUM!!!
