Grilled Peaches

Tomorrow is July 4th…nothing says Fourth of July like a backyard BBQ.  If you’re planning to grill tomorrow, this recipe is a must add to your menu.  It’s sweet, delicious AND good for you!


I’m talking about GRILLED PEACHES!  Peaches taste good and are so good for you.  They are packed with a variety of nutrients, including Vitamins A and C as well as age defying phytonutrients.  That means not only is this dish delish, it will also help keep your skin looking young and healthy!


Grilled peaches

Heat grill to medium-high.  Cut peaches in half and remove the pit.  Grill for ~2 minutes on each side.  Top with a dollop of Greek yogurt (or fresh whipped cream).  It’s like peach pie without the guilt!
