Carrot Breakfast Smoothie

Looking for a delicious breakfast on the go that includes protein, fruit AND a vegetable?? This is the recipe for you. Just 4 simple ingredients and you can create a satisfying breakfast smoothie that’s sure to please the entire family. Add a chopped carrot, 2 peeled clementine, 6 ounces of plain Greek yogurt (or try using Siggi’s Coconut yogurt…SO good and adds a little extra sweetness) and 1/2 cup of crushed ice to a powerful blender…voila! Breakfast is served.  ENJOY!


Carrot Breakfast Smoothie

1 large carrot, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces

2 peeled clementines

6 ounces plain Greek yogurt (or try Siggi’s coconut yogurt for extra sweetness and flavor)

1/2 cup crushed ice

Add everything to a powerful blender and puree until smooth
